The Outpost gives major projects a dedicated workforce community when the local lodging market cannot support the number of workers coming in or when long commutes create unnecessary strain on the workforce. We handle the community from planning through operations, giving contractors and project owners one partner responsible for the housing environment around the job.
1. Plan + Configure
We start with the project. Our team evaluates workforce size, project duration, location, available land, utilities, mobilization schedule, and operational needs. From there, we design the right community size, layout, housing mix, infrastructure, and support services for the workforce.
2. Deploy + Activate
Once the site is ready, lodging and community infrastructure are deployed near the work. Housing, common areas, connectivity, utilities, and other infrastructure are configured around the specific needs of the project.
3. Operate + Support
We stay involved for the life of the project. The Outpost manages the living environment and day-to-day community operations. Transportation, meals, logistics, and additional services can be added based on the needs of the project and crews.
4. Relocate + Restore
The Outpost is designed around the project timeline. When the work is complete, the community can be removed, relocated to the next project, or repurposed rather than leaving permanent workforce housing behind that is no longer needed.
